Work FLow not working
Is anyone having issues with workflows not functioning properly? My workflow is supposed to be routed to one person but instead, it is routing to everyone. I have called support, had zoom meetings and the only determination is my workflow is correct.
Has anyone else had issues with workflow routing and if so how did you resolve it?
Our Workflows seeks Approval from the line manager, if approved then it is supposed to routed to a group lead. The issue is we have 4 group leads in 4 separate divisions. They all have their own workflows, but what is happening is all the leads are being messaged for approval instead of just the one that is added to the workflow for that divison. This is creating an approval nightmare.

Hey Angela!
I haven't had this problem yet - can you share at all how the sheet is setup to run the workflow? And/or a picture of the automation itself (minus any sensitive data)?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

I had serious issues with my workflows yesterday and possibly the day before as well. I feel like I am a pretty smart dude, but approvals were happening without my doing anything and without the row meeting the conditions to enter into the workflow.
The workflow is attached (4 images to capture all of it).
Any timesheet submitted was somehow running through this workflow and having the Project Entered being updated to "Office/Internal" (regardless of the Labour Code).
