Work FLow not working

Is anyone having issues with workflows not functioning properly? My workflow is supposed to be routed to one person but instead, it is routing to everyone. I have called support, had zoom meetings and the only determination is my workflow is correct.


Has anyone else had issues with workflow routing and if so how did you resolve it?

Our Workflows seeks Approval from the line manager, if approved then it is supposed to routed to a group lead. The issue is we have 4 group leads in 4 separate divisions. They all have their own workflows, but what is happening is all the leads are being messaged for approval instead of just the one that is added to the workflow for that divison. This is creating an approval nightmare.
