Create a report form from single line entry

Hi, we use Smartsheet to track customer requests and action plan to resolve. I am setting up a webform for quick entry and would like to print a "report" or something that is easy to pass on to the appropriate person. It would need to be for only one line on our smart sheet page. I know I can click on the line and "Send" - is there another way of doing this and exporting as a pdf?



  • I would think your sheet associated with your Web for needs 2 columns - 1 formatted as a contact - it is not part of the webform. Another that is labeled Done - formatted as a check box-also not associated with the webform.

    When the firm comes in assign it to proper person.

    Then create one report for this sheet for each person assigned to this project.

    The report is created by:

    Choose your Sheet

    Who: assigned to that person

    What: Done unchecked.

    Include columns you wish to see and hit run.

    You can print this report.
