Task Scheduling
I am testing Smarsheet. I am satisfied with the task dependency support but noticed one thing I am not liking and that is - if I, for example, enter 4 tasks and add the dependencies causing the dates to adjust accordingly -- then remove a dependency on a task that got pushed out, it will not auto schedule itself back to project start date. In order to do this you would need a known project start date and an auto schedule feature (like ms project).
What can you tell me that would make me feel better about this? thanks.

You could set an additional dependency that refers back to the row containing the original project start date and set it as "SS".
Come see me in Seattle at ENGAGE 2024! I will be at the 10xViz partner booth throughout as well as the "Lets Talk About Community" Meet & Eat table on Tuesday from 11:45am - 12:45pm!

@Paul Newcome Having to do that compels me to stay w/MS Project. I want tasks to auto schedule to project start date if they do not have a dependency w/o needed intervention.
