Smartsheet Mobile - Active Directory

When providing access to Smartsheet Mobile in the Active Directory can we specify only specific people to have access to the Smartsheet Mobile App.

If this is possible, it would be a Mobile Device Management feature; Smartsheet does not have influence over this configuration so I'm not able to speak to how/if you can set this up.
