Is it possible to share a sheet with only certain people in the workspace?

I would like to share a sheet but not with all the users that are in the workspace. Is it possible?

Also, I would like to give access to that sheet to other people not in the workspace. Is it possible?

If you add any Smartsheet asset to a workspace it will be visible to everyone added to that workspace. So the short answer is no.

You can share items in a workspace without sharing the entire workspace, but you cannot hide an item from workspace users.
