User unable to open form link
I have our Smartsheet set to allow anyone with the link to fill out the form, but got a message from a user stating the link is not opening. I tested the link and it opens for me. Our user is in Argentine. Please advise next steps.

Disregard - we just heard the user that he had a connectivity problem yesterday, the user was able to submit the form this morning.
