Pro Account limitations and Employees' Training Records

I have to track about 70 employees' training records. My goal is to create one list of all employees and then have a way to click and see an employee's individual record.

My question is, with the Pro account, I see I would be limited on file storage and one sheet per record.

Would an employee's individual record use storage? Would each individual record be considered a sheet?

Is there an easy way to accomplish what I am trying to do?

I have attached an example of the employee list and an individual record.

I think you could put this all in one sheet. Something like this:

Notice the use of Filters and Formula fields.

You can create another sheet to pivot the data, so you can group by training module and have employees and dates under each module.

To add to James's excellent advice/answer.

To answer your questions regarding the file storage. The sheets wouldn't use any storage, and because you have unlimited sheets, you could have one sheet per employee or a few for a group of employees, and the storage taken up by files on those sheets would be the same in either way.
