Creating Automated Emails are specific times

Hello!

We've developed a form; our client would like to see it being sent to them daily at 1100am, and 0300am.

Would this be possible? So far, I've gotten this far, but I believe this wouldn't work because Condition two contains "Where created today" submissions that are created at 0235 would not contain yesterday's data between 1100 to 0259

Yes, you could add multiple Workflows for each time option.
