Auto Number Greyed Out

I have got several sheets and have been including Auto number for created by, created date. I am trying to add a created date, but the auto number system is greyed out completely on this sheet.
I have a form connected to this sheet that I have pushed out to people to log their hours so I do not want to rebuild the sheet.

did another admin create that that field and hide it? Did you create it and name it something else?
