I am running a major sheet that is the core to the operational running of a Machinery Hire business.
All machines have an asset number/description which are currently all manually entered as a drop down so that each machine can be selected in forms and reports etc.
I need a simple way to be able to update a master list of machines to be included in this dropdown rather than having to manually adjust it everywhere each time a machine is added or sold out of the fleet.
Would really appreciate any ideas on how I can achieve this.
