Report Pulling Inaccurate Information

Hello! I have a report that feeds into a dashboard that displays the health of specific milestone tasks of our projects. For some reason, although the source sheet indicates green healthy for all milestones for a project -- the reports for Milestone B and Milestone C are showing as red and yellow respectively.
Any idea why the report would be showing inaccurate health information?

A number of other customers contacted Support with a similar situation yesterday; we were able to look into Reports and identify the cause - this should now be resolved!
