Simple Rookie Question: Import then adding logo

I downloaded the "Generic Job Estimate Template" (Excel version) from the Smartsheet website. I understood some functionalities, such as formulas, may not import and would have to be manually input in the cell.

I prepped the Excel sheet with our relevant information in the cells and our logo. Everything came over, except the logo. When I print or email the estimate, the "Smartsheet" logo appears in the upper right corner, instead of my logo.

I cannot find an option withing Smartsheet to edit this. I have a toggle option to have a logo appear or not, but not to edit and replace the logos.

Hi @Phil Toler

If you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can add a custom logo either to your entire account or to a specific Workspace where the sheet is located. This will then apply the logo to either a Print or Emailed version of the sheet!

Thanks for guidance. I am the sysadmin and I have followed the steps you outlined, and the logo is not replacing the Smartsheet logo. Our logo is visible on the top, near the home button, but it will not populate onto the sheets. I've confirmed the "include logo" check box is activated.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Are your sheets in a specific Workspace that existed before you set the Org-Level Branding? If so, you'll need to adjust that specific Workspace branding as well, see: Workspace branding
