Email Notification Format Issue
We have a email notification setup and sometimes the emails come thru correct and then sometimes not. I have attached a screen shot of both. What would cause this and is there a resolution?

You should use Snip Tool or something to show the emails within your post. Nobody should download your .docx file because it could be a virus.

I have this issue as well. any ideas on how to fix this? Its a very basic automation. I just want to receive notification when a new lines are added to a Smartsheets Form.
