Contact names not email address

Hi all,

I have a lot of contacts in My Smartsheet Contacts but recently when sharing new sheets etc with my contacts it is displaying their email address and not their name. Its only a minor thing but is one that is really annoying me as i prefer to see their proper name only. it is only affecting some of the names and not all of them so i am unsure of what i have done wrong !

How do i get it to display their proper names and not the email address, please.

I believe you need to add them to your Smartsheet contacts.

Hi Dan,

Thankyou but i already have them all in My Smartsheet Contacts with the email address and proper name filled in. This is why it is confusing as some of the names appear as Joe Bloggs and some appear as joe.bloggs@work.com.

Cannot seem to see why it displays the names differently as shown below. Have deliberately cut off the remainder of the email for privacy, but you can see what i mean.
