Commas populating from an unknown place
I wanted to make metrics that tell me peak hours my team is receiving requests to staff accordingly. Since Smartsheet doesn't seem to be able to calculate time, I used the Right formula to grab the time and mixed in a find formula to to account for the change in character length.
I currently have 2 sheets that calculate the time items were created in 15 minute intervals; one uses countif to sum the number of times by minute and the second is a sumif to calculate the total number of items submitted in each 15 minutes.
When the formula is left alone, it appears to be randomly generating a comma before the time extract. The commas are removed shorty after the sheet is opened but are always added back in.
Is there a better way to extract time time a line was created?

Is it possible for you to create a new column with =IF(CONTAINS( and look for the ", " and remove it?
