Document Builder Error Message

As I try to generate a document for a particular row, I am getting this error message. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas and tricks as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

    Yes, it works for other rows. I submitted a help request but am waiting to hear back; I was hoping to possibly get a response here if others have seen this same issue.

    I am also having this issue. A document that has worked for me and my team suddenly stopped working last week, along with other documents that had also been working. When I try to generate and download the document, I get this error below. If I attempt to attach to the row, it just becomes a background process that won't complete.

    My issue may be a little different because I am not able to generate any of our documents from any row. I have reached out to Smartsheet support and am waiting to hear back. They believe there is a document builder issue but an ETA wasn't given on the fix.

    Did you get an answer to this? I am getting the issue. I am sure it has something to do with browser or internet settings, but I can't figure out what it is. I work from a personal tablet but not on my Laptop,
