Weekly Automation Not Allowed

Can someone please take a look at my attached automation and tell me why it won't allow me to send it weekly? From everything I have read it should work. Thank you!

The way you currently have it it's sending a notification whenever the trigger occurs.

To do it weekly:

1. Select "When a Date is Reached" as the Trigger
2. Click on "Run Once" and select "Custom"
3. Fill in your Recurrence details
4. Set your Conditions
