Help with workflow

Hi, I've created a workflow from the "Alert someone when specified criteria are met"

template. The trigger is based on a selection from a dropdown list that will send an approval request to certain managers. The issue I'm having is that there are over 30 different selection options in the list. Do I need to create 30 workflows for each choice? Or is there a way to contain these options in 1 workflow

DO you need different approval requests to go out based on the options, or is it any value? If "Any Value" then you should be able to set that in the trigger.

I think I got it working using "Add condition path" , I 'll have to create a lot of them, but at least they are in the same workflow. Also if I send an approval to 2 different people, can I get 2 different replies? One approves, one rejects? I tried it and once one person "approves" the second person has no options. - Thanks

Hi @Tim King

If you have two approvers, I would recommend creating two separate Approval Columns - one for each person. That way you can record the separate responses and add more actions in your workflows based on each approver's response.

Yes, I was reading about that. I think I need the approvals to bounce from one to another, like you said, creating a column for each
