Is there a way to allow users to email comments without viewing the smartsheet?

Hi,

Is there a way to allow users to email comments without viewing the smartsheet? Is it possible to modify the email that gets sent when you @someone@something.com from the automation@app.smartsheet.com, remove the reply in smartsheet box so they just reply to the email? When you add them as a commenter they can view the whole smartsheet and I'd prefer they didn't.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Using Update Requests instead
• Premium App, Dynamic View
• Premium App, WorkApps
