You might be able to use Zapier. They have selectable integration with both Smartsheet and Teams, as well as other apps.

Modified by automation instead of name
Good afternoon, If I send a request for info and there is a check box, if they click on the box via the request in the email, it says it's modified by: automation@smartsheet.com instead of Bob. Is there a way to get the person who clicked on the boxes name on there instead of automation? Thanks
