Smartsheet Form Access Issue

Hello,

           I have created a form in a quiz like manner. This form is connected to a QR code where individuals scan and then take the quiz for a scoring result. This should be able to be taken by anyone who has access to the QR code. I had two managers in our facilities that said it took them to a link in Smartsheet informing them of the capabilities of Smartsheet. Why would it do this and how can I correct it? Can anyone aid please?

If they have the app installed it will open to the app with that message. Make sure they do not have the app installed, or if so they have signed up for a free account.

Try opening up the QR link in a private browser I.e. Incognito mode to confirm.
