DocuSign "Signing Groups" no longer mappable in DocuSign Integration

Hello! Hope someone can help me with this. We have a DocuSign form that we have been using for the last 3 months that use a Signing Group Name functionality and now in the Assign Roles mapping, I am required to map it to a Smartsheet column instead of a DocuSign role. Has anyone encountered this issue?


Here is a screenshot of the Signing Group within DocuSign, but it's not available for selection anymore within Smartsheet.

It's not available on this mapping screen anymore. It forces me to select a column in Smartsheet.

  • Was this ever fixed? I have a workflow/document mapping I want to add signing groups to. I add the signing groups to the DocuSign template, but leave the document mapping signatures set to the columns I had before setting up the signing group (email columns). It actually works, both members of the signing group received the DocuSign. But it disables the Smartsheet workflow so I'd have to turn it back on each time, and even then I think it wants the errors resolved first.
