Including Half Day Holiday to Timeline Nonworking Day

Is there a way to add half days as a holiday in a timeline (nonworking days)?

EX: We are having a half day on Friday and Monday off for Memorial Day.

I was hoping to find a way to include in this in the timeline (nonworking days)?

Hi @mpomerantz

There currently isn't a way to represent a day on a Gantt chart as a half-holiday; you will either need to define that day as a full holiday or a working day.

That said, if you keep that day as a "working day" and some of your tasks span over that date, you could adjust the duration to have .5 to represent this half day. (See: Project Sheet Columns: Start Date, End Date, Duration, % Complete and Predecessors)
