Validation - mutlti Line text box not working

Hi, I have not selected Required. For Validation, I chose NO Validation. It let's me click on Mult-Line Text but then it immediately switches my Validation to Phone and changes back to Single-line. I have an enterprise level account.

None of the work-arounds that were mentioned worked for me.

    Would you be able to provide more information about the specific field that you're using in this form, and what you want the end-goal to look like?

    Can you also try creating a completely fresh, new form to see if the same issue occurs on that same field in the new version?

    I would like to try and replicate what you're seeing, but as long as I'm working in a Text/Number field and I have No Validation selected, I'm able to add a multi-line option to that field. Do your Form Settings look like this for that field when you save?
