Can you change "who" automatic alerts come from?

Morning team, wanted to see if this system wide update is now able to be used as an option? I have the following link from a previous question asked about two years ago on this matter if it helps. I agree that this isn't always the greatest user experience. I believe the Sheet Owner from where the automation is coming from is a big factor in the e-mails, but sometimes it is the person how triggers the automation. I haven't dove into this too deep, but I know I've had colleagues express confusion and it could be better.
