Azure DevOps to SmartSheet - Updating a Row in SS when DevOps changes

Now that Automate.io is going away and they worked out a deal with Zapier, how does one update a row without knowing the RowID?

I reached out to Zapier and they said that Smartsheet is who handles that development not them.

So, is smartsheet going to allow us to locate a DevOps Ticket ID and then update that row? Like we did with Automate.io?

Or does someone know a workaround?

We can do that work also, but we don't want to spend that type of money and time. Automate.io did it without issue, but Zapier said they cannot and they blame it on Smartsheets, not their system.
