Sys admin can't send user a password reset email

Sys admin here, for some reason it doesn't let me send a password reset email to a user. It says "Your organization does not support Password Authentication".

Any other way for the user to reset his password?

Also, will deleting the user and signing the user up again delete his sheets?

    Do you know which type of authentication your company uses? I was the SysAdmin at my previous company, we used SAML and turned off password authentication except for SysAdmins.

    The sheets won't be deleted, just go into a read only state.
