Conditional Formatting in Schedule - Finish Date Trigger?
I would like to format our project schedules so that the finish date on any line item turns red if any task shows being completed after a programmatic finish date. I currently have it set up using the custom criteria, but if the program finish date changes, then I have update the conditional formatting.
Any suggestions? TIA

Yes, the helper column idea did work once I figured out the formula for the trigger.
Thanks for the assist.😊

You would need to use a helper column (that can be hidden after setting up) to automatically mark rows that meet your criteria. Then you can set your conditional formatting up based on this helper column.
