Create Google Calendar Meetings from Smartsheet Tasks

Currently our projects are housed within a Smartsheet, throughout the project are dedicated training sessions which may require their own meeting times and need specific resources to be attached to the calendar invitation.

Is there a way to create a Google Meet invitation from Smartsheet which will automatically update the meeting if the scheduled date is changed in smartsheet and invite everyone listed in a column?

Hi @Dan Cliff

You can overlay a Smartsheet sheet's dates as Calendar dates in your Google Calendar, but there currently isn't a way to send an invitation from Smartsheet to specified people with a Meeting attached.

As an alternative, there may be a solution using third party solutions, such as using Zapier.

Thanks for your response @Genevieve P., I do occasionally use the calendar overlay but it wasn't really what I was looking for.

I've been looking more into third-party integration tools now so I think that'll be the only way to do this.
