Smartsheet Admin and Adding New Users

Hi all!

I am a Smartsheet Admin and was hoping/wondering if there is a capability to automate the addition of a new user through the User Management to then populate a 'employee' sheet/grid? Much like the 'copy/move row' capability.

This would help to eliminate the duplicate work of adding the employee through User Management and then having to go to a grid/sheet for reference to enter their name.

I am using Smartsheet Gov.
