Unable to save sheet

Hi,

I am having an issue with one of my really important sheets (runs our IT Service Desk!), when I try and save any changes I get the following error:

Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now. Please check for any known issues at status.smartsheet.com or contact us at www.smartsheet.com/gethelp for help.

Details:

formName: ajax

formAction: fa_gridSave

serverStatus: false

serverStatusText: CriticalException

errorCode: 6

No known issues reported and I've contacted Smartsheet but so far no response.

Does anyone have any ideas what might have caused this, or how I can contact Smartsheet support by phone?

I'd love to know how long it took to resolve and if you did anything, as I'm having the exact same issue.

It resolved pretty quickly, sorry I don't remember how quickly, and not I didn't have to do anything.

Getting a similar error today. All the same except error code is -1.

I'm getting this error when trying to save 2 sheets, but all others are fine:

formName: ajax

formAction: fa_gridSave

serverStatus: false

serverStatusText: CriticalException

errorCode: 13

It's been hours and still happening.

Please contact Support with the following information so they can troubleshoot this for you:

Timestamp and actions you took when the error displayed
URLs of both sheets
