Slow/no automated emails

Hello,

I have a sheet that is set up to send automated email resposes to people when rows are added. It work intermittently and is often very slow.

If this function does not work it is not really worth me continuing to use it as a platform.

What is your idea of "slow"?

Do you have any conditions set up within the automation?

Is it the same users that are not receiving the automations, or is it random users who do receive some and don't receive others?

Anthing from a couple of hours to not being delivered at all.

Only condition is whether "send report to grower" checkbox is ticked (which it is)

I am included with a deicated email adress, so I can see whether theyre getting through, and theyre not.

How exactly are new rows being added?

Have you confirmed with any of the other recipients?

They are being added with the submission of s form (which i fill in)

I have checked with other recipients, they are recieving them and i am not.
