Not receiving workflow notifications (email or within SS)

I have a user who receives the email and workflow notifications within Smartsheet when someone else updates the sheet, but does not receive them when she updates the sheet. I created a new test sheet and workflow and she received the email and notification. I then had her update the sheet (she was screen-sharing and I watched her make the update) and she never received the email or notification.
She was getting the notifications last week so this just started happening. Any thoughts?

Double check her personal setting to make sure she is included in her own changes.
