What are other options to change the name of From when receiving a smartsheet email.

Good morning team, I have created a form for my company to have managers fill out. When they receive an automation from this form they see " John Doe" via Smartsheet <automation@app.smartsheet.com>. Is there a way to change the John Doe which is the name of the Smartsheet creator to show something else to not cause any confusion within the employees? Thanks in advance!

I hope you're well and safe!

• You could change the name of John Doe to System or something similar
• You can create a so-called System Account and use it to get the Alerts to send with it
