After I changed my profile name my automated alerts are not coming to my email.
Hello team in hopes of changing the name which shows in the email inbox as "john doe" via smartsheet I entered the company name in first and last name in my account hoping that in the future the automations from the forms created will show up in the email inbox "company name" via smartsheet to avoid any confusions amongst the company employees. Now that I have test a new form submission out I noticed that I am not receiving any emails at all, checking my automations it shows the proper updated names showing to alert but I am not getting any emails just an alert via the smartsheet app on my phone that a new row has been changed etc.

On June 10th Smartsheet experienced a delay in email notifications being received. Please see the incident report from the Status page, here. This has now been resolved so you should see emails coming through today!
