Smartsheet Form Question



I am hoping to see if any of you have experience making new in-take forms that populate a worksheet. I have received a request to 'hide' or make a particular field expandable as necessary. For example, when filling out the form for a particular organization, there are often only 2-3 organizations inputted but occasionally, up to six. Each of which would be associated with a particular column on a sheet (A-F for example). The ask is to have the additional lines hidden unless they are needed on the form, like an "add more" button. Is this possible and if so, how would I go about accomplishing this?

I'd like to only show Org 1 then an option to expand up to 6 as needed.
