Report Filter - data from 2 sheets

Need help! I have a sheet that references data associated with a Week #. I need to filter this list for a report based on date. I created a 2nd sheet to simply show the dates associated with the week#.

How can I in the report filter to show data for the week associated with the week# that starts in next 7 days?

The sheet with data has the field Week#

The sheet which defines the dates for each week has the field CampWeek#
