Sharing a Workspace Doesn't Allow Group Set to Commenter to View the Dashboard
Hi. I created two groups and put my users in the groups. The users are not licensed users (and they have accepted the invites).
At the workspace, I added both groups as Commenters (which is higher than viewer). The workspace includes a Dashboard, Reports and several other sheets. But none of the users in the group can even navigate to the Dashboard Link. If all the dashboard components are nested in folders within that workspace, why can't they view the dashboard?
I also tried adding the group in addition to the workspace as viewers of the dashboard and that still didn't work. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Seems the whole point of sharing at the workspace is so I don't have to share each sheet or report on the Dashboard. I wanted them to be commenters so if they used a quick link to navigate from the Dashboard to the project plan, they could make comments.

Additional info - I found out from another PM on my team that they are sharing a Dashboard as a viewer but at the individual level (versus a group) and that user is not having any issues accessing the D/Board. This is the case for other dashboards I have as well. Is this an issue with the group?

A co-worker is having the same issue as above. She shared a User group a Dashboard in a workspace but the user couldn't see the dashboard. She had to add them as an individual viewer in the workspace to see the Dashboard. Any update?
