If one sheet is showing a name in a row how can i highlight the name on another sheet?

@Ashley Lewis That means you have not properly created your cross sheet reference.
Start typing
=CONTAINS(
Then in the formula helper box you should see a blue hyperlink to "Reference another sheet". Click on that to open the cross sheet reference dialog box. Select the sheet you want to reference from the menu on the left, click on the column header of the column you want to reference (optionally rename the reference in the reference name section in the top left of the window), then click on the blue "Insert Reference" button in the bottom right corner.
The dialog window should disappear, and the cross sheet reference should automatically be in place.
=CONTAINS({Cross Sheet Reference Name}
Next type your comma and finish out the formula.
