How do we include the attachments on message only alerts

There isn't a way to include attachments with message only alerts. To include attachments, you would need to allow the alert to send out the attachment "field":

Keep in mind that attachments will only be sent with a notification if it's added at the same time as the trigger (or if it is the trigger). The article above has more information on this.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Use an Update Request instead because then all the attachments are included.
