Email notification worflow

Hi all,

if i sent an email notification to someone as part of a workflow , is there any way they can respond via email that would update in smartsheets without having the user log on to smarthsheets

this is where we have passive smartsheet users when managing agile projects , where they literally say done!

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Use the Conversation feature because then they can reply to it through email.
• Use an Update Request or Approval Request and then they can respond by clicking on a link and then Approve or fill in additional information. (Don't need to login)

Would any of those options work/help?

Thanks @Andrée Starå this helps the reply is not highlighted on the email so a little confusing
