Hyperlinks not loading

When I click a hyperlink; one I know works and pasted in from another programme, smartsheet screen flashes and it tries to initiate a new tab but then shuts the new tab down and then returns to the initial screen. I have looked for anything blocking it i.e. Popups but nothing in Google. I then tried it in Edge and same issue. Any thoughts? Regards Paul

Hi Andree, I have raised a case now. I now know that it's because I am linking to a file and not a web page.
