Using Global Groups to share sheets

Still new to Smartsheet but noticed when I want to share the sheet with a large team of people, I am not able to add the global group. Not sure if this is a feature I need to talk to my organization about or if this feature isn't available in Smartsheet at the moment. In the meantime, I have to add members one at a time which is time consuming.

    Hi @Tblackwell,

    Can you clarify what you mean by global groups?

    We had a similar problem in our organization when we first adopted Smartsheet in 2021. Our IT team (who administer our Smartsheet instance) had to provide access to Group Management functionality, which then allows you to create groups (like email distro lists) and once those groups are created, they become available to invite in the sheet sharing screen.
