Automatically create widget in a dashboard but with a certain widget behavior

If a new project is created in our Smartsheet, Control Center creates a dashboard automatically. Is it possible that Control Center creates an Image Widget with the Widget Behaviour where another sheet or form is linked? At the moment Control Center just creates Quicklinks but we want to realise that with buttons on which you can click to get to another sheet or form.

You won't be able to link to another form as it has to be referenced by a specific URL, but you should be able to set the widget behavior in the template to link to another Smartsheet item and select a sheet/report/dashboard in the template, and the new project provisioned by control center should be updated to link to the new sheet/report/dashboard.
