I am trying to set an automation to trigger a daily email when a value in a cell is equal to 1.

I have the automation set up to trigger an email when the value changes from 0 to 1 but I also want to be sending a daily email if the value is 1 and does not change.

You can set up a workflow to have a Time Based trigger, instead of being triggered by a change! See: Create a Time-Based Automated Workflow

Change the "Run Once" to be "Custom" - this will open up a pop-up window where you can set this to be a Daily workflow:

Then you can put your "UC Alert Flag" criteria as part of the Condition Block, see: Condition Blocks: Filter What Your Automated Workflows Send
