Trying to Flag Overlapped Participants in Meetings

So I am trying to find a way to flag if there are the same people in multiple meetings. I am working with a drop down type format for the list of participants, so I am not sure how or if there is a way to compare the individual entries of the drop down to other elements in the column to test for potential conflicts.

Never mind, I made a python script to do these conflicts for me and just supply the Smartsheets cell with a 1 or 0.

So the desire is to compare the participants to see if there are any overlaps, I have another condition in the Collisions Flag column that compares the time and date. So the goal is to give true if there is a time, date or participant conflict. I have the time and date aspect but the Participants are giving me a hard time because of the multi data.
