Publishing Data

Hi All,

I am currently on a Pro license that doesn't have the publish feature.

I have in mind a project for myself where I would like to combine several reports that I have set up that track current market dynamics and are "published" once a month. Below are some key points that would need to be incorporated. I'm hoping to get the community's feedback on how to achieve something like this - is there an app that links well with smartheet for this or can you work around the current Smartsheet Dashboard limitations and hence worth getting the Business license?

-The published monthly version would not be updated if I changed the linked sheets or reports. instead I would have to send out a monthly link to access the updated content.

-The published data/reports can be filtered by category.

My understanding is that Smartsheet dashboard continually updates (every 10 min) as you update your sheets so those changes would be seen in real time instead of my preferred monthly interval.

Also, I can't see that you can filter a widget report if you are a viewer.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks
