Biweekly Payroll Date Selection

Does anybody know a way to list out biweekly payroll dates without typing out each date in a single drop down list and having to edit it year over year? I want people to be able to select the correct date option when filling out the Smartsheet Form.

I'm not sure how to get it in the form itself without copying and pasting into the choices but there is a way to get smart sheets to calculate in a cell

=[Date]@row + 14

would add 14 days to the date listed
