Why is one of my users getting this "Can't Share Sheet" message?

One of our users is getting a message that "you have exceeded the maximum number of email recipients that your account can send to". This Smartsheet report is one I create every month and share to folks who then share to other folks for updating. We have used Smartsheet for several years and never had a user report this issue. I have opened a ticket, but would welcome any input that might help us get this resolved. Thanks.

    Seems to be resolved now. She just responded that she thought it had something to do with her having a free user subscription. She had to uncheck a Notify People button at the bottom and was then able to share. Thanks!
