Workflow from Harvest

Hi,

I have time logs being imported from Harvest from multiple projects, I then want to split this data again using workflows into separate sheets with relation to a specific project. Eventually I want to roll this out between a team of people (around 10 people). Is this possible as I have other workflows that work fine, but I am unsure whether I can add workflows to data that has already been imported into Smartsheets.

Yes, but you wouldn't need to use Workflows (depending on the number of rows/data). But instead, you could use cross-sheet formulas (VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH).
